The predicted salary is between 42000 - 60000 £ per year.
A strong Project Manager with experience of agile delivery, working in a small team to deliver new features and applications for a core digital offering for our client in financial services. You will work closely with Product teams, Analysts and the Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of the business's main digital product and service, integral to their growth and success.
You will need to be a strong Agile PM with experience in the banking sector ideally but if not then in financial services. You will need to have brilliant stakeholder engagement skills and be able to work with people to embed new ways of working and improvement to their processes.
Experience of JIRA, Confluence and being someone who can support and coach agile, as well as deliver projects is needed, if possible, but certainly someone that understands Agile well.
You will get to work with a business that are doing some important and meaningful work, as well as have the chance to have a real impact on the bank, their delivery of projects and ultimately their revenue. As well as this, you'll get to work in a supportive environment with a brilliant team around you, working 1-2 days per week from their central Birmingham office.
