Desktop/Systems Engineer – Virtualisation – Azure – Networks – IT Support – 1st & 2nd Line progressing to 3rd Line – Good Benefits Package – £30,000-35,000 per annum
We\’re looking for a Systems Engineer with a good technical background and customer facing attitude to join a growing managed service provider (MSP). You will be working with their key customers to solve IT issues and upscale where necessary, but the expectation is that you are able to undertake tasks from 1st to 2nd or potentially 3rd line if possible.
You will technically have experience in:
- O365 Support and Admin
- Firewalls
- Networking (VLAN, WAN)
There is some on-call support for P1 issues with a weekend rota 1 in 4, which you are financially compensated for and the Systems Engineers cover 7am-6pm so some slight variation in working patterns are needed.
