Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on keeping systems running smoothly? Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support Analyst to join their team in Cambridge.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to support analyst for everything from hardware maintenance and software support to troubleshooting and user assistance. You’ll support colleagues across several UK offices with occasional travel required. Every day brings fresh challenges, so if you enjoy variety, collaboration, and helping others overcome technical hurdles, this is a fantastic opportunity.

We’re looking for someone who combines solid technical ability with excellent communication skills. You’ll have experience supporting laptops, printers, scanners, and basic data patching, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering a first-class IT service. What sets you apart is your methodical, self-managed approach and your ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.

You’ll take ownership of tasks such as managing and maintaining IT hardware and software, monitoring systems, resolving and escalating issues as needed, and handling service desk tickets. You’ll also play a key role in supporting infrastructure, networks, and telephony, assisting with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and ensuring seamless AV support for meetings.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s both technically capable and people-focused—someone who takes pride in problem-solving, enjoys sharing knowledge with colleagues, and is eager to keep learning in a fast-paced environment.
