Someone that understands the retail and eComms world and can deliver a first class customer journey. Working closely with the SLT and Developers to deliver enhancements and features as well as entirely new products in to a fast growing and ambitious business.
You’ll own the digital product roadmap for a fast-growing e-commerce operation, running the backlog and working closely with a development team to ship things that customers actually love. Real autonomy, a clear mandate, and the expectation to deliver — not just plan. There’s also an opportunity to shape how product management works across the wider business as it scales, coaching stakeholders away from gut‑feel decisions and towards evidence‑based thinking.
