A strong Project Manager with experience of agile delivery, working in a small team to deliver new features and applications for a core digital offering for our client in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product teams, Analysts and the Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of the business's main digital product and service.
- Lead agile delivery in a small team to deliver new features and applications for the core digital offering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed new ways of working and drive process improvements.
- Demonstrate strong ownership of delivery timelines and quality, ensuring value is realized for the business.
Qualifications
- Experience of agile delivery as a Project Manager, ideally in banking, or more generally in financial services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence; ability to coach Agile practices and deliver projects.
