Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-desk operations and welcome patients professionally
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries promptly
  • Book, amend and manage appointment diaries efficiently
  • Support conversion of enquiries into booked appointments
  • Process payments and complete end-of-day reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Coordinate with dentists and nurses to ensure smooth daily workflow
  • Handle patient queries and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception area
  • Support diary optimisation and clinic performance
