Role Overview

The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey. You will support patients from initial enquiry through consultation to treatment acceptance, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way. This is a patient-facing, performance-driven role that requires excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct non-clinical consultations with patients
  • Explain treatment options, fees, and finance solutions clearly
  • Support conversion of enquiries into booked consultations
  • Follow up treatment plans to maximise acceptance
  • Build strong rapport and trust with patients
  • Work closely with dentists and nurses to coordinate treatment journeys
  • Track performance metrics and report on conversion rates

  • Ensure all patient records and consent documentation are accurate
