Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations and welcome patients professionally
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries promptly
- Book, amend and manage appointment diaries efficiently
- Support conversion of enquiries into booked appointments
- Process payments and complete end-of-day reconciliation
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure GDPR compliance
- Coordinate with dentists and nurses to ensure smooth daily workflow
- Handle patient queries and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception area
- Support diary optimisation and clinic performance
