Performance Bonus: Structured monthly bonus linked to revenue growth, invoiced work, membership targets, and review performance. On-target earnings typically reach £50,000 to £55,000 per year.

Car Allowance: £150 per month. Full UK driving licence is essential for this role due to multi-site travel.

Role Overview: The Regional Practice Manager will oversee the operational, financial, and team performance of three Dentopedia clinics. This is a leadership role focused on driving standards, improving performance, supporting clinic managers, and ensuring consistent patient experience across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across three clinics
  • Support and develop Practice Managers and clinic teams
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve financial performance targets
  • Monitor KPIs including diary utilisation, treatment acceptance, and membership growth
  • Ensure compliance with CQC, HR, and operational standards
  • Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting to senior leadership
  • Resolve escalated patient or operational issues professionally
  • Implement group-wide systems and process improvements
