As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strong Regional Practice Manager to oversee three clinics and support the next stage of our growth.
Role Overview: The Regional Practice Manager will oversee the operational, financial, and team performance of three Dentopedia clinics. This is a leadership role focused on driving standards, improving performance, supporting clinic managers, and ensuring consistent patient experience across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across three clinics
- Support and develop Practice Managers and clinic teams
- Drive revenue growth and achieve financial performance targets
- Monitor KPIs including diary utilisation, treatment acceptance, and membership growth
- Ensure compliance with CQC, HR, and operational standards
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting to senior leadership
- Resolve escalated patient or operational issues professionally
- Implement group-wide systems and process improvements

- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or multi-site manager in dental or healthcare
- Strong leadership and team development skills
