The Role
To provide support to our Executive PAs to deliver a high-quality service focusing on process based tasks/activities and general administrative support to our Directors and Executive Management Team. The role is intended to embrace a team-working approach, collaborating with every other member of the team to ensure the overall needs of the business are met. The role offers valuable experience, training and genuine career development prospects.
Responsibilities
- Organisation and Planning
- Routine diary management.
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging video conference calls, room set up and co-ordination.
- Organising travel and itineraries.
- Management of correspondence within iManage.
- Interface with other business services teams and ownership of resolving any routine business operations problems.
- Assist and execute high quality events (Board, Executive Committee, Partner Annual Meeting).
- Managing team inbox and responding and actioning requests.
- General Administration
- Supporting the Executive PAs with administrative support covering a vast array of tasks.
- Production of engrossed documents (including getting annexures together) (non-chargeable).
- Minor copying, scanning, printing tasks.
- Processing expense and invoices.
