Our Real Estate teams offer a complete range of services to clients, from development, joint ventures, structured investments, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, retail and real estate finance to planning and property litigation.

The Team

This is a unique opportunity to work fully remotely with a global practice in addition to benefitting from a clear career development plan. For those that wish to follow the Partner track, we will support you with a career plan to help ensure you are ready for that next step. This includes attending the Senior Development Programme and mentoring. Our virtual team, REV, uses bespoke technology solutions and subject matter experts to deliver services and products of the highest quality in areas such as corporate real estate, real estate finance, asset management and transactional due diligence. The virtual REV team will work alongside our existing Real Estate teams in London, Milton Keynes, Scotland and Dublin enabling us to offer cost effective solutions to our clients.

The Role

This role will be virtual and focus on providing execution excellence for Real Estate transactions. There will be built in career development frameworks providing clarity on promotion within REV to counsel, and partner. In addition, there will be monthly team training (to include the wider Real Estate teams, physically wherever possible) as well as team building and regular opportunities for socialising. As such, there will be regular touch points built into REV to ensure collaboration with the wider Dentons Real Estate UK teams. REV embraces the future of legal service delivery, offering the team flexibility as to how they manage their matters and its use of bespoke technology solutions wherever practicable, ensures its efficiency as well as its resilience for the future.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execution excellence focus for Rev specialist capabilities including Corporate Real Estate support, Real Estate Finance, Asset Management, Due Diligence support and Insolvency transactional support.
  • Execution of high volume work.

Required Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Technical expertise in one or more of REF/Corp M&A, DD, Asset Management.
  • Contributes to developing specialist know how within the team.
  • Ability to work independently.
