We are an independent, principal-led practice with a reputation built over generations, looking for an associate who values high standards, long-term patient relationships and genuine clinical freedom.
You will have an established diary from day one, autonomy to treatment-plan around your patients, an open-door support from an experienced principal-led team and clinical freedom in alignment with our practice values and standards .
- Four days per week from January 2027
- optional weekend sessions.
Our patient base is approximately 90% private — FPI and Denplan — 10% NHS contract (performer number required).
Dentistry@68 has cared for patients and families across Poole and the surrounding areas for more than 50 years
You will be supported by an experienced nursing, reception and management team, dedicated hygiene support, trusted clinicians and excellent laboratory partners.
