Treatment Sales Consultant (Private Dentistry)

Dentistry by Cure Clinics is looking for a commercially driven Sales Consultant to turn patient enquiries into booked treatment through excellent service, clear communication and proactive follow-up.
This is a hands-on sales role.
You’ll take ownership of a pipeline of patients considering private dental treatment, including high-value implant, orthodontic and cosmetic care, and support them from initial enquiry through consultation, treatment planning and decision.
Dental experience is desirable, but not essential.
We’ll provide training and coaching in dentistry.
What matters is that you can demonstrate strong sales performance, excellent people skills and disciplined follow-through.
The role
- Build trust, understand what matters to patients and identify their needs and concerns.
- Explain clinician-generated treatment plans clearly, including treatment costs and available payment options.
- Convert enquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.
- Take ownership of proactive follow-up across phone, email and other agreed channels.
- Own and manage your sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records, next actions and dashboards.
- Work closely with clinicians, front-of-house and the wider practice team to deliver an excellent patient journey.
- Achieve agreed sales, conversion and patient-experience targets while respecting patient autonomy and individual choices surrounding their dental care.
You’ll bring
- A demonstrable track record of achieving personal sales targets.
- Experience in consultative sales and building trusted customer relationships.
- Confidence discussing significant costs, exploring objections and handling concerns.
- Strong organisation, initiative and consistent follow-through.
- Confidence using CRM systems to manage opportunities and pipeline activity.
- Resilience and comfort with proactive outbound follow-up as well as inbound enquiries.
- A strong team ethic and desire to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
You do not need to come from dentistry.
We welcome candidates with transferable high-value or consultative sales experience from sectors such as private healthcare and aesthetics, property, automotive, medical sales, premium memberships, technology and other considered-purchase environments.
Evening and weekend working will form part of an agreed working pattern.
