Based in Thames, they are looking for an Associate Dentist to join their established, fully private practice. Whether you're a newer graduate looking to build your skills or an experienced dentist ready for your next challenge, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career without sacrificing the things that make life enjoyable. The role You'll be joining a practice that has served the Thames community for 30 years, with a loyal patient base and a full clinical book from day one. * Full-time, Monday to Friday, with part-time options available. * A varied caseload covering general dentistry and emergency procedures. * Mentoring and support available. * Excellent scope to develop your orthodontic skills, with limited braces providers in nearby towns. * A genuine opportunity to grow with the practice, with potential to progress into a principal dentist role if an additional practice is acquired. What's in it for you? A salary of $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience, or move to a commission-based arrangement once you obtain residency. The commission option pays 40% of net collections after laboratory costs, with the potential to earn $250,000+ per year. You'll also receive: * Four weeks' paid annual leave after 12 months. * Ten days' paid sick leave after six months. * Paid public holidays. * Annual CPD support. * A $2,500 relocation allowance, repayable if you leave within your first six months. Work with a Dentsply Sirona chair, Primescan scanner, panoramic X-ray, digital X-rays, rotary endodontic motor, surgical motor, and Exact practice management software. The three-chair practice currently has two chairs in use. You'll have dedicated sterilisation facilities, free parking, a staff kitchen with laundry facilities and separate staff toilets.
