How You’ll Make a Difference
- As Practice Manager, you will lead the non‑clinical operations of the practice, working closely with clinical leadership to ensure efficient day‑to‑day running, strong team performance, and an outstanding client experience.
- You’ll be responsible for operational delivery, people management, and compliance, while supporting the practice to achieve its performance, quality, and service objectives.
- This role plays a key part in creating a positive culture and enabling clinical teams to deliver excellent care.
- Lead, support, and develop the non‑clinical team while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the practice to ensure efficient workflows and an excellent client experience from first contact through to follow‑up care.
- Manage rotas, recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, KPI monitoring, and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with RCVS standards, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee facilities management, equipment maintenance, and stock control.
- Handle client feedback professionally and proactively.
- Support marketing and community engagement activities.
- Co‑ordinate and drive social media campaigns.
Working Hours
40 hours per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am‑5:00pm.
