About The Role
The Operations Supervisor is the key operational link between the Packing Team, Kitchen, QC, Goods In/Dispatch, Drivers and Operations Management and will take full shift ownership, proactively identifying operational issues and risks.
You will be responsible for the Travel Team Leaders. overseeing the day-to-day Travel operation through to handover, ensuring that production, packing, quality, hygiene, staffing and dispatch activities are completed safely, efficiently, on time and in accordance with customer and company requirements.

What We Are Looking For:
- Review the daily production and packing plan, customer orders, special meals, delivery requirements and operational priorities.
- Directly supervise and support the Travel Team Leaders.
- Ensure new starters and temporary/casual employees receive appropriate instruction and supervision.
- Maintain oversight of the complete Travel packing operation.
- Ensure customer specifications are consistently followed.
- Ensure High Care requirements are maintained throughout the operation.
- Promote a safe working environment across the Travel operation.
- Maintain oversight of the complete dispatch process.
