- Understand Dental Monitoring's value proposition and how it can significantly impact the management and workflow of dental or orthodontic practices
- Understand the needs and objectives of DMβs clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), work in partnership with them, and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals and address their challenges
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, establishing strong relationships and enhancing their loyalty
- Prospect potential new clients, visit dental and/or orthodontic practices, and conduct product and service demonstrations of DM's range of products
- Close sales and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction for both the clients and DM
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to DM's overall sales goals
- Identify key opportunities to drive strong sales growth and maximize the potential of the current client portfolio
- Develop and implement account management strategies to exceed sales targets, key performance indicators, and company objectives
- Organize and participate in local and national events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to represent DM, expand the company's network of contacts, and explore new opportunities
- Keeping up with market trends and industry developments, maintaining in-depth knowledge of DM's products and services, as well as those of competitors
- Prepare regular reports and update DM's management on sales activities, forecasts, and results
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer support and marketing, to provide valuable insights and suggestions for managing and updating social media and marketing campaigns to drive sales
- Master the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) to report on activity
- β You will be successful in this role if β
- Bac+5 minimum in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in the orthodontic, dental care, medical technology, or similar industry
- Good understanding of conceptual and consultative sales approaches
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to convince and influence clients
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a client portfolio
- Strong results orientation, ability to challenge oneself
- Good knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Positive and proactive attitude with a strong focus on service
- Proficiency in necessary computer tools for the role, including Salesforce, and a keen interest in new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to travel regularly to client locations or events
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships/partnerships with internal and external clients
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading & writing)
