If you are passionate about oral health, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we want to hear from you. Oban Dental Care is a modern dental practice with six surgeries and the option to expand further if needed. We are looking to expand our team to meet patient demand by recruiting a Dental Therapist to join our welcoming team.

Currently, our clinical team consists of four dentists and a therapist who are happy to meet with you as part of the recruitment process. We have a really supportive, friendly team including the use of treatment coordinators and a Childsmile nurse. Reception staff work hard to ensure diaries are well-utilised. There is full clinical freedom over your diary and materials to allow you to deliver high-quality dental care.

The role can be flexible to suit your interests, from someone looking for a supportive environment to build up experience earlier in their career, to those with established special interests. It is a mixed practice, but there is high demand for private treatments (without any hard selling) and plenty of work to go around. Our practice is located near shops and other amenities with ample parking while being suitably connected to transport links.

What are we looking for?

  • A desire and passion to provide a high level of clinical care.
  • The ability to work well within a team.
  • A passion for continuous professional development is essential.
  • GDC registration is essential.

Benefits of working within the Clyde Munro Dental Group:

  • Clyde Munro Mentoring Scheme and bespoke Career Development Pathway
  • Digital Dentistry
  • Great clinical freedom and support. Fully trained team.
