Your Core Mission
Your primary focus is simple: Convert consultations into committed patients. You will:
- Take over from clinicians and guide patients to confident decisions
- Consistently hit and exceed conversion rate targets
- Handle objections with confidence and clarity
- See through hesitation and “smokescreens” to understand real concerns
- Deliver outstanding follow-up that turns maybes into yes'es
- Keep detailed, organised records and stay on top of every opportunity
