Your Core Mission

Your primary focus is simple: Convert consultations into committed patients. You will:

  • Take over from clinicians and guide patients to confident decisions
  • Consistently hit and exceed conversion rate targets
  • Handle objections with confidence and clarity
  • See through hesitation and “smokescreens” to understand real concerns
  • Deliver outstanding follow-up that turns maybes into yes'es
  • Keep detailed, organised records and stay on top of every opportunity
