About the Practice
GC Dental Solutions is a friendly, patient-focused clinic. Providing both general and restorative dental solutions, with a strong focus on dental implants and All-on-4 treatment. We also have an onsite theatre offering General Anaesthetic weekly. Situated in the GC North Medical Hub, Homeworld Centre, Helensvale, just off Exit 57 on the M1.

The Opportunity
This is a versatile, exciting and rewarding opening for you to work with an experienced and supportive fun-loving team. Flexibility with days is advantageous as you will be starting with 3 days per week (with room to grow to 4). Providing you with the opportunity to develop your career and work across all departments:
As a Team Member you will:
- Be motivated, and dependable, with a can-do attitude to support co-workers and contribute to our fantastic team culture and environment.
- Support our amazing patients both new and established by providing continued excellence in customer service with compassion and a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Provide our Dentists, Hygienist and Prosthetist with all aspects of quality chair-side assistance, as well as support with our in-house operating theatre treatments under General Anaesthetic.
- Maintain infection prevention & control (IPC) standards and follow practice policies and procedures to the highest level. Including but not limited to preparation and conclusion of facilities, sterilisation processes, instrument processing and batch control.
- Preferably have experience and sound knowledge of general dentistry. Certificate III or IV preferred / 2 years dental assisting. Implant knowledge highly regarded though not essential.
- Have excellent communication skills both in person, on the phone and electronically. Including general reception duties; welcoming patients and answering phone calls, attending to emails, scheduling appointments and processing payments.
- EXACT experience is also an advantage but not essential.
