Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Multi site Dental Manager to join our practices in the Wiltshire التاريخ area. All locations are a mixed NHS/Private practices who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.
About the Role
- Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
- Recruitment of support and clinical staff;
- Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
- Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
- Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
- Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
- Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
- Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours
- Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the go-to dental practice.
- You will work 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
