Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Orthodontic Multi site Dental Manager to join our practices in Marlborough & West Swindon. All locations are mixed NHS/Private practices who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.
About the Role
- Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety.
- Recruitment of support and clinical staff.
- Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions.
- Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients.
- Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions.
- Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy).
- Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours.
- Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the go-to dental practice.
You will work 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday.

- Leadership and team management.

- Ability to understand and work with budgets, targets and KPIs.
- Previous orthodontic dental management experience is essential.
- Be friendly, flexible, highly motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
- A profound sense of professionalism and dedication is required for this role.
