Are you an experienced dentist with a passion for mentoring and supporting the next generation of clinicians? We are working with a forward-thinking dental group to recruit a Clinical Mentor Dentist who will support a new training scheme for qualified dentists. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference while continuing to develop your own career in a supportive, modern practice environment.
As a Dental Educational Supervisor, you will:
- Work 3 days per week (flexible days to suit your schedule)
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to up to 3 overseas-qualified dentists
- Assess clinical performance and professionalism in line with NHS standards
- Liaise with the clinical leadership team and practice manager to ensure smooth integration
- Offer pastoral support and guidance to dentists during their NHS induction
- Attend relevant training and meetings as required

About You:
- Full GDC registration and an active NHS performer number
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in UK general dental practice
