We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a motivated young dentist to join our Bradford-on-Avon practice. We are an NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a well-maintained patient list in a progressive, supportive environment with both NHS and Private earning potential.

At Dental Care, we will support you to become a fully qualified NHS dentist. If you're registered with the GDC, we can offer you a great opportunity to join our Mentorship Scheme which will offer you:

We have an Immigration Team that can support you in the process of applying for your GDC registration and conditional NHS performer number. We also have a Sponsorship License and can assist suitable applicants with a Tier 2 UK work visa. You will be working 3 days per week.

  • Achievable NHS UDA Amount with opportunity to increase (once Performer number obtained) 5,000-6,000 UDAs

You will be supported by a Practice Manager to make sure you get the right training and development to be successful. Our Talent, HR and Practice Teams can support you in the process of obtaining your conditional NHS performer number and we can assist you if you need sponsorship to work in the UK.

About You:

  • Dental degree qualification
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC), the UK governing dental body
  • You must have passed the IELTS exam to 7.5 score or higher
  • You are looking to work in the UK as a Dentist long-term
  • You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years+ experience working as a Dental Practitioner
  • It is important that you are a personable, positive, and enthusiastic professional - and that you want to put patients' interests first.
  • You will have an ability to work in a team, with a willingness to learn and teach others.
