The Role:
We are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide HR support and guidance across the Group. This role will focus on employee relations, compliance, and HR administration, supporting Practice Managers and the HR team to ensure a positive workplace culture and smooth HR operations.
Location: Work from home with occasional travel to Reading office for business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration processes.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, as well as GDC, NHS, and CQC regulations.
- Support talent management initiatives, employee engagement, and workplace culture programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR reporting and workforce data analysis.
- Collaborate with Practice Managers and the HR team to resolve HR issues effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (essential).
- CIPD qualification (preferred).
- Experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, or HR administration.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-site environments (preferred).
