The role focuses on governance, policy maintenance, and staff leadership to deliver first-class patient care.
You will recruit, manage rotas and inductions, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and foster a positive team culture while building strong local relationships. 40 hours/week, 8am–7pm, Monday to Saturday.
