About the Role: As the first point of contact for our patients, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience while managing essential administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone.
- Managing appointment bookings and scheduling.
- Handling patient records and administrative tasks.
- Processing payments and insurance claims.
- Running reports and analysing data to support practice operations.
- Using Customer Relations Management (CRM) platforms to manage patient interactions and follow-ups.
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
About You: We are looking for someone who is:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in generating and analysing reports.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and R4 dental software.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to multitask in a busy environment.
- A strong communicator with great customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is desirable.
- Dental experience required: 2 years essential.
