We are seeking a reliable, personable, and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team within a busy, high-end dental laboratory based in Knowle, Solihull. This is a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our well-established dental laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling email and telephone calls
- Maintain accurate records, including case tracking and scheduling
- Liaise with dental practices and suppliers
- Support logistics, including coordinating collections and deliveries (car required)
- Carry out a range of general administrative tasks to support the laboratory team
- Ensure health and safety policies are reviewed regularly and kept up to date
Skills & Attributes:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident using digital documentation tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel
