Founded in 1999, Dental Sky has rapidly grown and recently moved to a new building which gives the company room for further growth. We are looking to expand our team and take on an enthusiastic sales account manager to join our established sales team.
Role objective
Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience to ensure that both individual and company sales & gross profit targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from dental professionals.
- Make outbound calls to dental professionals.
- Process orders through ERP system, assist with product queries, accounts queries, return requests, transfer inbound calls to the relevant recipients.
- Process Web orders.
- Use appropriate judgement on price and margin within Company Policy to meet individual targets.
- Stay informed on supplier promotional offers and product initiatives.
- Assist customers via the messaging platforms.
- Attend training sessions set out by General Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Sales Account Managers.
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Visit clients in person as and when appropriate.
- Customer acquisition: create and develop leads through outbound activity in order to expand the Company’s customer portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR Regulations.
Requirements & Preferrable Skills
- 2 years+ experience in a direct sales role.
- Experience and/or knowledge of dentistry or dental products is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
