Key Responsibilities- Present and explain orthodontic treatment plans with confidence
- Convert consultations into accepted treatment through effective sales techniques
- Deliver exceptional patient care and build long-term relationships
- Manage patient enquiries and follow up on leads
- Support clinicians with patient communication and case coordination
- Use Exact software to maintain accurate patient records
- Previous Treatment Co-ordinator experience (essential)
