Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working within a private dental practice preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Exact software is essential
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, polished, and confident manner
  • Experience managing patient journeys and treatment discussions
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy environment
