ORTHODONTIC DENTAL NURSE / TREATMENT COORDINATOR (TCO) £17.50 to £18.50ph | Full Time, Monday to Friday | SOE Software

Dental Recruit Network is working closely with a well-established mixed dental practice to recruit an experienced Orthodontic Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator for a varied and rewarding position within their team. Role Structure (Flexible; can be agreed on depending on the candidate's preference)

  • 3 days clinical orthodontic nursing
  • 2 days Treatment Coordinator duties
  • Alternatively, the role can be structured as a full-time clinical dental nursing position.

Working Hours

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:30pm

The Role

You will play a key role in both the clinical and patient experience aspects of orthodontic care.

Clinical duties include:

  • Chairside assistance for orthodontic procedures
  • Supporting fixed and removable appliance treatments
  • iTero scanning and dental photography
  • Maintaining high standards of cross-infection control

TCO responsibilities (if applicable):

  • Conducting patient consultations and building rapport
  • Explaining treatment options, timelines, and fees clearly
  • Presenting treatment plans and supporting case acceptance
  • Managing the patient journey from consultation to completion
