We’re recruiting on behalf of a thriving, predominantly private dental practice in Manchester that is looking for a confident and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, guiding them through their treatment journey, and playing a key role in the continued growth of a successful practice.

What’s on Offer?

  • Up to £17.00 per hour
  • Attractive commission structure (to be discussed)
  • Full‑time, permanent position
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Predominantly Private Practice
  • Immediate start available

The Role

As the Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience from the very first consultation through to treatment completion. You’ll work closely with clinicians to educate patients on their treatment options, answer questions with confidence, and help them make informed decisions. You’ll be supporting patients across a range of treatments including:

  • General Dentistry
  • Specialist Orthodontics
  • Dental Implants

The practice uses Exact dental software, and you’ll become an integral part of a supportive team focused on outstanding patient care and clinical excellence.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
  • A strong understanding of the complete patient journey, from initial enquiry and consultation through to treatment acceptance and completion
  • Excellent knowledge of dental implants and orthodontic treatments
  • Outstanding communication, relationship‑building and sales skills
  • A professional, organised and patient‑focused approach
