We are recruiting an experienced Treatment Coordinator (TCO) for a well-established private dental practice. This role requires a strong dental background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and support patients throughout their treatment journey.

  • Position: Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Practice Type: Private Dental Practice
  • Location: Central London
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a rotating schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm, 9:00am – 6:00pm

This modern private practice delivers outstanding patient care in a welcoming and professional environment. Patients receive a wide range of advanced treatments, allowing the Treatment Coordinator to coordinate care across a varied clinical portfolio:

Your Responsibilities

You will play a key role in ensuring every patient enjoys a seamless journey from initial consultation through to completion of treatment. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with patients to discuss treatment plans and options
  • Building trust and helping patients feel confident about their care
  • Coordinating appointments and treatment schedules
  • Liaising closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
  • Following up on enquiries and supporting treatment acceptance
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the patient journey

  • Previous Treatment Coordinator experience
  • Previous experience within a dental practice
