We’re recruiting on behalf of a beautiful, fully private 2‑surgery practice in Liphook for an experienced Lead Dental Nurse ready to step into a senior, dual‑aspect role combining clinical excellence with compliance leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, motivated nurse who enjoys both high‑end cosmetic dentistry and the governance side of practice management.

The Role

  • Clinical Focus (Cosmetics & Invisalign)
    • High-level chairside support for general and advanced cosmetic dentistry
    • Assist with Invisalign workflows (digital scanning training provided if needed)
    • Maintain a premium, boutique-style patient experience
    • Oversee the decontamination process as Decontamination Lead
  • Leadership & Management
    • Lead and mentor the nursing team
    • Ensure surgeries are fully stocked and running efficiently
    • Manage clinical stock control and supplier relationships
    • Act as first point of contact for equipment troubleshooting
  • CQC & Compliance
    • Lead CQC compliance and governance systems
    • Conduct and document key audits (Infection Control, Radiographs, H&S)
    • Ensure full compliance with HTM 01‑05
    • Maintain accurate GDC, indemnity, and CPD records for clinical staff
    • Work closely with the Principal Dentist to maintain a strong CQC rating

Requirements

  • Essential
    • GDC Registered Dental Nurse
    • Experience within a private dental environment
    • Strong understanding of HTM 01‑05 and CQC requirements
  • Desirable
    • Experience with Invisalign workflows
    • Cosmetic dentistry exposure
