A modern, 5-surgery private dental practice in the heart of Greenwich is looking for a passionate TCO to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the role, as the practice has never had a dedicated Treatment Coordinator before.

They're looking for someone who can confidently lead the patient journey, drive treatment acceptance, and establish a successful TCO service from the ground up.

The Role

  • Part-time - 3 days per week
  • Flexible weekdays required
  • At least
  • 2 Saturdays per month
  • (essential)
  • Potential for additional hours as the role develops
  • Practice Opening Hours
  • Monday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:30am - 7:00pm
  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building strong relationships with patients from consultation through to treatment completion
  • Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Helping patients understand their treatment options and finance solutions
  • Increasing treatment acceptance through excellent communication and patient care
  • Carrying out intraoral scans (GDC registration essential)
  • Coordinating diaries and ensuring a seamless patient journey
  • Working closely with clinicians to maximize patient experience and practice growth
  • Helping establish and develop the practice's first dedicated Treatment Coordinator service
  • What We’re Looking For

This role would suit someone who is experienced, self-motivated and confident working independently.

You’ll have

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator and/or in dental sales
  • GDC registration (essential)
  • Confidence presenting high-value treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care while helping patients say "yes" to treatment
  • Experience using Dentally is desirable but not essential
