A private dental practice is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a genuinely sales-focused TCO position, so we're looking for someone with a strong commercial personality who is confident discussing treatment, building trust with patients and driving treatment acceptance.

The Role

You’ll work on a rota between

Monday to Friday.

Your Treatment Portfolio

You’ll be supporting patients across a range of treatments, including

  • Gum treatments
  • Dental implants
  • Restorative dentistry
  • Extractions
  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conducting treatment discussions with patients
  • Explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Building strong relationships with prospective and existing patients
  • Following up treatment enquiries and proposed treatment
  • Supporting treatment acceptance and conversion
  • Communicating treatment costs and options
  • Working closely with clinicians to coordinate patient journeys
  • Providing an exceptional patient experience
  • Helping contribute towards the commercial success of the practice

  • Previous experience working within a dental setting

Desirable

  • Previous TCO experience
  • Lead Dental Nurse experience
  • Management or coordination experience
  • Previous experience in a treatment-focused private practice
