We are currently seeking two experienced Dental Receptionists to join a well‑established mixed dental practice based in Erith. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly and professional team within a busy 4‑surgery practice.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full‑Time
- Practice Type: Mixed (4 surgeries)
- Days: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00 – 18:00; Saturdays 09:00 – 15:00
Dentistry Focus
- General / Prosthodontics / Endodontics
Key Responsibilities
- Managing patient appointments and schedules
- Handling patient queries (in person & over the phone)
- Maintaining accurate patient records using Exact software
- Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice
Requirements
- Previous dental reception experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of Exact dental software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient‑focused approach
Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE).
