As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and personable Dental Laboratory Sales Representative to help expand our client base and develop long-term relationships with dental professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the dental industry and enjoys combining relationship-building, networking, and business development.
The Role
This varied role offers the perfect balance of office-based sales activity and face-to-face relationship building. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, connecting with dental practices, and introducing them to our laboratory services. Working closely with our team, you will play a key role in driving growth and building strong partnerships with dentists and practice managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential dental practice clients
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, practice owners, and practice managers
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
- Visit dental practices to introduce and promote our laboratory services
- Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate sales records
- Track daily sales activity and maintain reports using our CRM system (Seazona)
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, driven, and enjoys building professional relationships.
Essential requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within dentistry
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Confident communicating with dentists and practice managers
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Experience within a dental laboratory, dental practice, or dental sales environment would be highly advantageous.
Working Pattern
Permanent, part-time position (3 days per week)
Any 3 days Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Flexible working arrangements available
50% office-based / 50% field-based
