A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join a well-established mixed dental practice in Camden, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated TCO who enjoys building relationships with patients, discussing treatment options and helping patients move forward with their dental care.
The practice provides a broad range of dentistry, including general, cosmetic, orthodontic and implant treatments, giving you the opportunity to work alongside a varied clinical team and be involved in a diverse range of treatment journeys.
The Role
- Position: Treatment Coordinator
- Location: Camden, London
- Type: Mixed NHS & Private
- Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
- Hours: 8:45am – 5:45pm, 40 hours per week
- Days: Monday–Saturday, with alternate Saturdays
- Salary: From £16.50 per hour + performance bonus, depending on experience

Your Responsibilities
- Meeting and liaising with patients to discuss their proposed treatment plans.
- Clearly explaining treatment options, costs and available finance options.
- Following up with patients following consultations.
- Converting consultations and treatment plans into confirmed bookings.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with patients.
- Supporting clinicians with patient care coordination.
- Working closely with the wider dental team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Helping to maximise treatment acceptance and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
About You
- Previous experience working as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
- Strong dental sales, treatment coordination or patient liaison experience.
- Confidence discussing treatment plans, costs and finance options with patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach.
- The confidence and commercial awareness to convert consultations into treatment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple patient journeys.
- Experience with Dentally would be highly advantageous.
