We are recruiting for a Dental Hygienist or Therapist to join a modern, fully private, patient-centred dental practice in Blackpool. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality clinical setting alongside a supportive and experienced team delivering a broad range of advanced dental treatments.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about preventive dentistry, patient education, and delivering an excellent hygiene experience, with a strong focus on long-term oral health and quality patient outcomes.
Working Pattern
- 3–5 days per week (flexible)
- Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Tuesday: 09:00 – 19:00 (extended hours)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 – 15:00
- Flexible scheduling available to support work-life balance
Salary
Competitive and flexible (dependent on experience)

Role & Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality hygiene and/or therapy treatments to private patients
- Providing Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and Airflow treatments
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and long-term prevention strategies
- Supporting clinicians with integrated treatment planning and patient pathways
- Building strong, long-term patient relationships
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and full regulatory compliance
- Contributing to a calm, professional, and high-performing clinical environment
Candidate Requirements – Essential
- GDC-registered Dental Hygienist or Therapist
- Experience with GBT and/or Airflow systems
- Strong communication skills with a patient-focused, empathetic approach
- Professional, organised, and confident working independently
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive clinical attitude
