A modern and established dental practice in Brighton is looking for an Associate Dentist to join its predominantly private team.

With only around 1,000 UDAs per year, a 45% private split and an established demand for private dentistry, this is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants to develop a successful private diary while maintaining a small NHS commitment.

You’ll be joining a supportive clinical team with access to modern technology, a varied caseload and plenty of scope to develop your clinical interests.

The Opportunity

  • Position: Associate Dentist
  • Practice Type: Mixed – Predominantly Private
  • Working Pattern: 2 days per week
  • Alternate Saturdays
  • One Saturday per month

The exact working pattern can be discussed with the successful candidate.

  • Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:30
    Saturday: 09:00–15:00
  • Earning Potential
  • Up to £15 per UDA DOE
    45% private revenue split
    50/50 laboratory fee split

You’ll have approximately 1,000 UDAs per year, leaving significant capacity within your diary to develop private treatment and increase your earning potential.

You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and take ownership of your clinical caseload.
