Based just outside of London, our experienced team assists with mortgages, commercial loans, savings, investments, wealth management, retirement planning, and tax planning. Our goal is to build long term relationships with clients by delivering high value service and understanding their specific financial needs and aspirations.
Role Description
This is a full time or part time, remote role for a Mortgage and Protection Administrator. The individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling mortgage and protection applications, liaising with product providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing high quality customer service. Other day to day tasks will include processing financial documentation, maintaining client records, and assisting with investment applications, file compliance, and protection plans administration.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Services
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Mortgage, and Protection administrative processes
- Ability to handle financial documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Proficient in managing client accounts and maintaining client records
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a mortgage/protection firm, or related financial planning business beneficial; ideal canditate, experience with Benchmark Capital/Best Practice network, familiarity with their back office and operating systems.
