You'll become a trusted point of contact for our customers, building relationships with dental practices, helping with case enquiries and digital workflows, and developing your technical knowledge along the way.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Supporting our customers by phone, email, Whats App and our online portal
  • Building lasting relationships with dentists and practice teams
  • Helping customers with case enquiries, digital workflows and day-to-day support
  • Learning about our products so you can recommend the best solution for each case
  • Introducing customers to products and services they may not already be using
  • Working closely with our technicians and the wider team to make sure every case runs smoothly
  • Supporting new customers as they get started with us
  • Listening to customer feedback and helping us continually improve
  • We're looking for someone who
