We are an independently owned practice from which we (husband and wife) have provided NHS services ourselves for 30 years. The practice has been DFT approved twice and has trained 30 Foundation dentists or VT's. There are 8 well equipped surgeries and full support.
We are seeking a full time associate colleague who will commit to the practice and the area where they would want to offer stability and service as well as scope for private work. We are also mentors for West Midlands Deanery and have an interest in Special Care Dentistry and Periodontology.
We would offer a percentage based contract and seek those candidates who can demonstrate previous levels of activity and work ethos under the NHS. We would also welcome participation in the practice.
Each treatment room has air conditioning and separate ventilation, and an intra oral X-Ray set that is directly connected to the digital scanner PSPiX from Acteon with a fast upload of images onto our cloud based computerised system for viewing and recording patient data and notes. We have tailored this to include reception based telephone caller recognition of patients linked to their notes and SMS integration for reminders to keep patients abreast of recalls and appointments. We are in the process of setting up links to patients so that they can access their own portal to update medical histories and sign NHS forms. Each treatment room has tablets to record and consent such data. Rotary endodontics is available.
Our departing colleague who is buying a dental practice has been grossing £10,000 private income and there are also up to 8000 UDA’s available for a full time colleague. There is the capacity to offer a part time role as well.
Look forward to hearing from you, firstly by email attachment and then hopefully face to face.
