Dental Excellence is one of the UK's leading premium dental groups, with an established clinic in Chelsea and a brand new kiosk concept and clinic launching at Westfield London this summer. We’re growing fast, and we need a commercially sharp, people-first operator to lead our treatment coordination function across both London sites.
The Role
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you’ll lead a small team of Treatment Coordinators across our Westfield and Chelsea locations — owning the full patient journey from initial enquiry through to treatment booking. This is equal parts leadership, sales and patient experience. You’ll be the engine behind our commercial performance in London.
You’ll ensure every lead is followed up promptly and professionally, every treatment conversation is had with warmth and confidence, and every prospective patient is guided seamlessly toward booking. You’ll also take ownership of our CRM, working our existing client database to identify opportunities, re-engage lapsed patients and drive incremental revenue across both sites.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator, ideally in cosmetic dentistry or aesthetics
- A track record of driving treatment conversion and hitting commercial targets
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Confident, natural communicator — able to build trust with patients and get the best from a team
- Comfortable with CRM systems and data-driven outreach
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with sales data, reports and performance metrics
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ambitious, self-motivated and commercially minded
Why Dental Excellence?
