At DD Group, we’re looking for a talented and driven professional to join our Development Team as a CRM Developer & SME. In this role, you’ll take the lead in designing, developing, and optimising our Dynamics 365 CRM & Field Service platform, ensuring it supports critical business processes and aligns with our strategic goals. You’ll be both a technical expert and a trusted advisor—translating business needs into innovative, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Partner with business stakeholders to enhance and optimise the Dynamics 365 platform
- Design, develop, and customise solutions (configurations, integrations, extensions, workflows)
- Build custom workflows, plugins, and web resources to streamline operations
- Support data migration, system integration, and deployments
- Continuously improve system functionality to maximise business value
- Collaborate with field teams and internal departments to identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with IT colleagues to share knowledge and champion best practices
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & Field Service)
- Deep understanding of modules, workflows, and integrations
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with scripting or programming to extend CRM functionality
- Knowledge of C# and Dynamics 365 SDK (plugins & workflows)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and source control
