Pharmacist (Full-Time) – Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Non-Patient Facing

We're looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our growing Pharmacy team, where you'll play a vital role behind the scenes in ensuring the safe, legal and efficient supply of aesthetic medicines. This is a non-patient facing, warehouse-based role with no weekend working, making it the perfect opportunity for pharmacists seeking a structured Monday-Friday position.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll be responsible for clinically and legally checking private prescriptions, dispensing products, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately for courier delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Legally validate private prescriptions against registration body portals and company accounts to ensure the ethical and legal supply of prescription-only medicines.
  • Clinically check private prescriptions, maintain the PMR and ensure accurate labelling.
  • Dispense and package medicines safely and accurately for courier distribution.
  • Act as the Responsible Pharmacist when required, maintaining all associated legal responsibilities and records.
  • Ensure original prescriptions are received, retained and stored in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain pharmacy records, including PMR, Responsible Pharmacist logs, error and near-miss reporting, returns and destructions.
  • Provide professional advice to healthcare professionals when required.
  • Support inspections and liaise with the PSNI and Department of Health.
  • Help ensure compliant supplies of aesthetic medicines across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Support and train colleagues within the pharmacy team.
  • Contribute to wider business initiatives and continuous improvement projects as required.
