Dental Directory are hiring a Business Consultant to join the team! We are looking for a driven Business Consultant to sustain and grow revenue across your assigned territory, ensuring continued sales success across DD Group’s extensive portfolio of products and services. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the Company by delivering tailored, best-in-class solutions to our customers.

This role will cover Oxford, Gloucestershire, and other surrounding territories across Southern UK.

  • Selling DD Group’s full product portfolio to existing customers while identifying and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
  • Leading objective-based customer appointments and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborating with product specialists to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships through expert advice and exceptional service.
  • Achieving KPIs and driving growth through both retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Creating flexible territory business plans and engaging with key dental influencers locally and nationally.
  • Partnering with marketing to implement field strategies and staying up to date on new products and services.
  • Strengthening relationships with manufacturer partners and local dental organisations to elevate Dental Directory’s presence.
